Find your perfect balance
If you know me, you’ll know I’m all about getting a great balance of higher and lower intensity movement – which is why I love teaching both yoga and fitness classes!
If you’re doing lots of strength, cardio and high intensity workouts, you’ll be able to find plenty of yoga classes to do throughout the week or on rest days to help you stretch out, improve mobility, prevent injury and find calm.
If you’re all about the yoga but you’re looking for something to get the blood pumping every once in a while, I’ve recently started adding workouts to the membership as well, so you’ll be able to start adding those into your routine too!

Real help from a real teacher
Unlike many other online workout platforms, my membership is run by me, for you. If you want a certain class (eg. to improve sleep), I’ll create it for you! If you need advice or support, I’m there to help, just like if you were on a retreat!
5% of every membership every month is put into a charity pot, which as a community we decide where to spend it! So your membership is not only benefiting you, but others as well!
As long as you have an internet connection, you can take your practice or fitness class wherever you like! So if you want to keep up a daily practice while you’re on vacation, or you want to do a fitness class with your friend in the garden, you can.
