For me, this was the most important part, as it helped me bring my awareness inwards and facilitated the deeper work I needed to do to heal my relationship with my body.

Unlike many other online workout platforms, my membership is run by me, for you. If you want a certain class (eg. to improve sleep), I’ll create it for you! If you need advice or support, I’m there to help, just like if you were on a retreat!
5% of every membership every month is put into a charity pot, which as a community we decide where to spend it! So your membership is not only benefiting you, but others as well!
As long as you have an internet connection, you can take your practice wherever you like! So if you want to keep up a daily practice while you’re on vacation, or you want to do a yoga class with your friend in her garden, you can.
