I became a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Health Coach because I’d spent many years having a really unhealthy relationship with food, exercise and my body before finding true healthy living, and I am now passionate about helping others do the same.

What does a healthy, happy life look like?

It means eating in a way that nourishes your body, without feeling like you have to eat foods you don’t enjoy, or give up anything you love.

It means genuinely enjoying your workouts, achieving your goals, and becoming fit and strong, without getting overwhelmed or burned out.

And it means learning how to cope with stress, how to relax, how to improve your sleep and overall wellbeing so that your mental and physical health are equally important.

I work with clients both online and in person (in Devon, UK). Using my extensive training, we will work together to help you improve your relationship with food, exercise and your body so that you can live a happy, healthy life for many years to come.

How it works

I am not your average personal trainer. As well as being a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I am also a Yoga Teacher and Certified Health Coach. This means that my approach is not about seeing how much weight you can lose in 12 weeks so that I can take “progress pics” of you and stick them on social media. I’m passionate about helping you achieve real, life-changing results.

I’m here to help you fall in love with exercise, whether you want to be in the gym, at home or out in the fresh air! Hate burpees? You don’t have to do them. Hate dieting? You don’t have to do that either! In fact, I won’t be measuring your weight at all and I certainly won’t make you do anything you don’t enjoy! 

Instead, we’ll set exciting strength and fitness goals so that you can see your progress week after week! We won’t only focus on short term goals, but will also establish healthy, maintainable habits that will keep you feeling fit and healthy for the rest of your life!

I work in Devon in Plymouth, Exeter and the surrounding areas. I’m happy to travel to you (there may be a small mileage charge depending on distance), we can go to an outside space or you can come to my own home studio. If you’re not local, you can still train with me online!
