My mission in life is to leave every life better than I found it, firstly starting at home with my 3 boys and husband, Lee, and then reaching out across every day-to-day interaction I make.
Why? Because I truly believe we can all grow, change and develop to become a better version of who we were yesterday, last week, last month, last year! In fact – I don’t just believe it- I know it and have seen it happen in the lives of hundreds that I have coached and trained along the way.

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME…
I started my career working on the streets with women trapped in a life style of prostitution and addiction.
I spent 8 years behind bars working with in prison with women and girls.
I built a business in my late 20s in the health industry spanning across 7 countries around the globe.
I get up every morning before the sun to read, reflect, study and grow.
WHAT HAVE I GOT FOR YOU?
A few years back I experienced burnout from striving, driving and neglecting my physical and mental health in pursuit of the ladder of success.
I once heard someone say – what if we climbed the ladder of success all our lives only to realise it was leaning against the wrong wall? I have since become very clear about what success looks like for me and how I build my life and grow myself to achieve it – and I am passionate about helping others do the same.
