Is your team burnout? Reduced staff morale? Low resilience? High levels of sickness and staffing struggles can leave workplaces overstretched and understaffed leading to high stress and low retention!

 

This short, but hugely impactful course has been hugely popular since the first week of the pandemic and even as we emerge they are still the number one most requested session!

In these 2 hour sessions, April-Joy will refuel your team with stories, tools and inspiration – there will be interactive time for checking in, creating a pause and allowing staff the space to talk and reconnect with each other.

There will be time for appreciation across the staff – staff identifying the great qualities of their colleagues and letting them know it!

We will discuss resilience and staff will leave with tools to build resilience both personally and as a team. We will discuss habits of wellness and staff will have a chance to create their own wellness plan – habits designed to re-energise, build healthy minds and bodies and enable staff to perform at their best.

 

I was at a crossroads in my career, and I needed some independent focus and guidance, I needed clarity. I was aware of my abilities to manage and lead but still struggled to believe in my potential, what could I dare to achieve if I truly believed in myself? April broke this down step by step offering practical but spiritual tools. Continual learning is key, reflecting, facing the challenge head-on, and visualising.
