Are your team burnout out? Reduced staff morale? Low resilience? High levels of sickness and staffing struggles can leave workplaces overstretched and under staffed leading to high stress and low retention!
What is the impact of resilient teams with high emotional intelligence and a commitment to learn and grow through challenge and difficulty? High productivity, team collaboration and better outcomes across all areas of service. Individuals come into the workplace with varying levels of personal development, so why not put your team through a dynamic personal development course, tailored for your needs, teams and staff.
When was the last time you received excellent customer service that took you back – the type of service you told all your friends and family about? Excellence in the workplace is unusual these days, so why not up-skill your team on what it looks like, how we cultivate it in all our interactions and the high confidence and self esteem that is built when we are delivering our best as well as the reputation we build for our brand and the repeat customers and referrals that will keep coming back for more!

Session 3: Personal Responsibility
In this session we will look at personal responsibility and will begin by looking at the philosophy we hold – A theory or attitude that acts as a guiding principle for our behaviour. We will cover commitment – doing what we said we would do, even when the feeling we said it in has left us.
We will also talk about the impact that the generations we were raised in have on us and some of the traits from baby boomers to ‘Gen. Z’. This gives helpful insight into how others see, and experience the world and helps us see the qualities and sometimes challenges each holds.
