Do your staff often get stuck doing it as it always has been done?

Is there resistance to new ideas and fresh concepts? Are you looking ahead to change and wondering how to bring an entire staff team on the journey, engaged, committed and able? In this inspiring training, staff will learn how to build a mindset of growth and adaptability, how to grow from challenge and failure and how to thrive during seasons of change.

In this Growth Mindset training we will look at the difference between a fixed and growth mindset. We will unpack the benefits of building a growth mindset within our businesses and will cover action steps to take to build a growth mindset across everything that we do.

We will discuss Blackbox thinking and look at ways we learn, grow, change and develop from our experiences and holding a Blackbox thinking approach to them.

We will discuss failing forward and ways to ensure challenges, mistakes and hurdles become great steps forward packed with wisdom, insight and knowledge.

We will then discuss how we build a culture of a growth mindset and ways to develop this in our teams – teaching them to personally grow it in their own lives and businesses and to model that to their teams – thus creating a thriving environment where individuals flourish at increased rates, when people feel empowered to reach for goals beyond what they normally would, and a culture that celebrates and encourages a mindset programmed for growth.
